The superior voice intelligibility and clarity of the LRAD 1000X provides powerful broadcasts that achieve maximum sound projection and penetration beyond 3,000 meters. The extended frequency range of the LRAD 1000X ensures voice commands will be clearly understood.

Through the use of powerful voice commands and deterrent tones, large safety zones can be created while determining the intent and influencing the behavior of a security threat. LRAD 1000X was selected and is being used by the U.S. Navy on their Shipboard Protection System.

The LRAD 1000X can be manually operated to provide long distance hailing and warning.

MP3 PLAYER
All LRAD 1000X systems come standard with a ruggedized MP3 player. The MP3 player can be used to play up to 1GB of pre-recorded messages and warning tones. The large control buttons are designed to allow easy operation with gloves or bulky MOPP gear.

MICROPHONE
The Shure Model 577B Microphone is a handheld dynamic microphone designed for communications that require highly intelligible, low noise output.

MAXA BEAM HIGH POWERED WHITE LIGHT
The Maxa Beam searchlight delivers 6 million candlepower in a lightweight, mounted unit. Using a high efficiency 75 watt Xenon short arc lamp with over 500 hours of life, this searchlight illuminates targets up to 1.5 miles away.

GREEN LASER DAZZLER
Laser engages the target in a wall of green laser light that can be seen at night and in bright sunlight at 200 meters.

AUXILIARY CONNECTOR
Auxiliary cable to connect any LRAD system to a Phraselator, iPod or any other MP3 device with a 3.5mm audio output.

TRIPOD
The rugged aluminum tripod is easily transported and quickly sets up for rapid deployment.

SHIP RAIL MOUNT
Constructed of 316 stainless steel for durability in harsh marine environments the ship rail mount can be attached to a horizontal or vertical rail.

GPK MOUNT
mounts to Objective Gunner Protection Kit (OGPK) for vehicle mounted operations.

VEHICLE MOUNT
Attaches to standard 2 trailer hitch receiver.

SCRAM CART
Mobile mounting system with an integrated power supply and charging system that allows remote operation of the LRAD when connected to an AC power supply. The SCRAM Cart is designed with a low center of gravity for high stability on rolling ship decks and inclined surfaces. The ruggedized system consists of marine-grade aluminum construction and environmentally sealed and potted electronics for high reliability in harsh environments.
