LRAD CORPORATION ANNOUNCES FISCAL SECOND QUARTER 2010 CONFERENCE CALL & WEBCAST
Company Sets Date for Special Meeting of Stockholders on Proposed HSS® Business Spin-Off
SAN DIEGO, CA, April 28, 2010 – Corporation (Nasdaq: LRAD) will conduct a
conference call and webcast to discuss the Company’s fiscal second quarter 2010 business and financial
results on May 5, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time. The Company is scheduled to issue its fiscal second
quarter 2010 financial results after market close on May 4, 2010.
